AMY at James Martin School

Philadelphia’s new $62 million school, Alternative Middle Years at James Martin, located in Port Richmond just opened in January 2026. The 88,000 square foot, four-story building was a ground-up build after the previous 1894 school structure was demolished. The facility includes spaces like a library, an art room, autistic/life skills classroom, instrumental and vocal music rooms, a gymnatorium, and even a rooftop outdoor classroom with a view of the Center City skyline.
