Martin Brower Warehouse

Martin Brower, a global supply chain company, has taken occupancy of the new warehouse on McNulty Road in Philadelphia. The 147,000-square-foot facility with 57,000 square feet of cold storage was a ground up build catered specifically to the tenant’s needs.

The Liberty Integrated Solutions contract provided a new 13,200-volt service feeding the facility and thousands of feet of underground conduit systems and wire pulls. The project also included lighting installation, branch circuiting, lighting controls, fire alarm systems, and an Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) for the building’s full-facility generator.
